I have been lurking and Oh MY, so many of you are describing ME!!

It almost made me cry. I work so hard and then wham and I can't seem to stop myself. Then, I am so ashamed. I even eat dinner just so hubby doesn't realize that I am stuffed.

I am glad to see so many people struggle and I look forward to making some real friends as well as some progress.
