Binging and blog
 

So I decided yesterday to do this whole damned thing. To stand up with my 348pounds and stop binge eating. I found this site, became a member and also found a OA meeting in my area. I started a Blog on here its under missfattyfatfat
if anyone is interested in my story but as of today I am binge free day 1.

Right on! Welcome, I'm a newbie too, and also a binge eater. I wish my area had OA meetings, but I've found that logging on here has helped tremedously.

I'm also new and dealing with my CED for the first time in my life. I'm not a 12 step person, but I know it helps a lot of people, so I wish you the best of luck with it! I'm also glad to see so many people like myself here. :D
