New- Frustrated.
Since January I have lost about 20lbs.
In July I hit a rough patch where I couldn't control my eating at all... and to solve it, I went on a 5 day, water only fast. I've now hit that same rough patch, but I don't want to fast again because the last one took such a toll on my metabolism, even though I DID feel so much better afterward. I'm just so upset, and I'm not sure how to jump back on to my diet :?: |
