Count me in too! Today is day 2 binge free...and I have had A REALLY BAD month so far!! Tommorow will be a challenge for sure I already know that...so I am going to try to be prepared!

I was doing so good, then when I walked in from class last night, hubby was taking food out of the oven AT THAT MOMENT.

I would like to join in please. i have my first biggest loser weigh in on sunday. and i have to stay focused.

YESTERDAY:
I ate a little too much in the evening, but didn't binge....I stayed under 2000 cal (my temp cal goal until I am back in control for at least a few weeks).
