Hey!

hi i just joined the 3FC community. I was glad to see a board for people with these eating disorders. I have Compulsive Eating Disorder. I'll eat things I DONT EVEN LIKE..and i'll eat alot of it..just because. For years, I never knew it was an actual eating disorder..I just thought of myself as a pig and of course, that would make me want to eat more. At least knowing there are others out there with the same problems make me feel alot less isolated.

Anyway, Just wanted to say hello. :)

It was the same for me, years ago I didn't know I had an ED (bingeing) and felt so weird and absurd... and that of course made me feel like bingeing even more :(

This forum is helping me a lot, I read other people's experiences and I feel I'm not alone in my struggling. Moreover, there is always some tricky tips or scientific facts that help avoiding a binge.

So welcome again and... start sharing if you like! You'll be feeling better :hug:
