Fell Off, but getting right back on.

I fell off this weekend. I had a bunch of excuses I was going to list, some of which are pretty good ones...but no, not this time. I fell off for no other reason than I used stress and something personal I've been trying to cope with as an excuse to eat to feel better, and I learned from it, I hope. My current wieght is probably higher than it says. Cuz, boy, did I eat a lot of crap this weekend.:jeno::jeno::jeno::jeno::jeno::jeno::chock iss::chockiss:

But I'm done and back on tomorrow. I will be getting up in the am and getting on the treadmill. I will not let the fact that I'm going to have some serious water weight discourage me. I have two choices, give up and never lose weight, or keep at it. In the past I've given up at my first mistake. This time is different, not because I won't sometimes slip up, because I just did, but because I will keep getting back on. I will not give up.:carrot::carrot::carrot:

Good for you!! You are doing amazingly well and you're right, giving up now would be the worst thing to do. You will slip up, all of us do and if someone says they don't, they're lying. I'm proud of you and it is inspiring of you to perservere instead of give it all up!

Yay, You!

yes Glamour Girl, don't give up!
I binged last weekend too, for two days, and I was about to give up, or even to keep on binging... but then I tried to convince myself that NO, I'm not letting this get over me. It's in the past. I have the present.
And after all a binge it's not a tragedy, it doesn't mean that your efforts are wasted, NO... just fake you have been to a wedding party where you HAD TO eat a lot of delicious foods :dizzy: "normal" people do that too, they go to mega party and overeat, then they turn again into their natural routine without even thinking or concerning too much about it!

Thank you both very much for your support!! It is so easy to throw in the towel after a binge, especially when it does go for a few days! But its true that thin people don't go their whole lives never over eating.
Just keep getting back on track!:carrot:

I went off yesterday. But I feel better knowing others do this too. I was very depressed today, really overeating alot yesterday. But I am going on my elliptical this morning, and going to 4-get about yesterday, like it never happened!:)

I fell this weekend too. This past week has been **** for me. That time of the month really screws me up.

But tomorrow is Monday and I will hitch right back on the wagon. Don't give up! We're all on the same boat, so you're not alone.

-hugs-

(I feel so crappy when I binge too. I live in Asia temporarily and everyone is under 120 lbs. I am constantly reminded of my inadequacy. -faceplant-)

Same here......I had 2 days from **** - waaaaay too much food. But tomorrow is Monday and I am back on the road again!

Must not give up! :D

Julietta - I love what you said about pretending that I was at a huge wedding where I had to eat! It made me feel so...normal.... :) Thanks :)

I had a great splurge on junk food this weekend too, namely Sunday.
BUT heck I am getting back right on track today. And I'm doing so far so good. Have to hit the gym tonight and burn me off some excess chocolate and ice cream!
