Nothing Specific, just here to keep from falling off the wagon
:dizzy:I'm posting to head off a binge. I would love to go out in the kitchen and just eat whatever I can find! Ha, no, I actually would have some chips or some other sinful snack my husband has stocked up on. I think its because once I tell myself its "off limits" I want it more than ever!
So as I said, I'm going to post on here, instead of grazing the kitchen. I imagine by the time I reach my goal weight, everyone on this board will know "Glamour Girl". If anyone else is trying to distract themselves, feel free to add to this thread. Or if you have any ideas on how to curb a binge, or whatever you want to say! Ok I'm done rambling.:blah: |
I'm there, too....trying to keep my hands on the keyboard so they aren't stuffing things in my face...ugh :dizzy: I get so discouraged some days.....
