I fell off board for a week

  • Okay maybe more like a week and 2 days. Just to much stress to much stuff going on and kinda just went haywire. Eating what I wanted Over eating binging deffinatly. But tomorrow is a new day so I plan on getting back on track...I think I will wait at least a week before weighing in though I am scared what I probably gained back in the past week! eek!
  • it's ok, we all fall off board :] all that matters is that you pick yourself back up, get on board, and keep going.

  • I'm right there with you. I've done horribly with tracking and exercise this week, but got myself up today and exercised, then to the grocery store for all good choices.

    I feel bad about it too, but I'm trying not to berate myself too much. It's a whole new healthy outlook in my life that I'm working on, and so far I've had more good days than bad. At least the scales (figuratively and actually) are tipping in the right direction.
  • I hear you......Same here......had two binging weeks in a row - every single day was just overload of calories and fats and carbs (yes, mostly carbs!). One day when I actually bothered to count the calories I devoured it was well over 4500...yikes...Dont even want to stand on scale......

    But I am back on track since Monday (so today is my day 2 on plan) and not giving up....we can't give up!!!
