What the hell just happened?????
What on earth just happened!?
It's 12am and I just ate about half a box of Vanilla Almond Special K (dry, no milk) along with maybe 3 servings of peanut butter (that was really last min, I literally shoved that down my throat) This is the first time this has happened, and I have no idea what to make of it. I have just so much anger right now for doing this. At the time I was thinking what am I doing, over and over thats all that kept going through my mind. Usually I can stop myself but this time I just didnt care. I've never gotten this out of control. What is wrong with me? I have no idea what even lead up to it. I just know I have been so hungry lately, and sick of being hungry. It just came out of nowhere. I am going to be hating myself in the morning when I step onto that scale. But I deserve it, and that number going up, whatever number it may be, will be my lesson to be learned. I just had to share this with someone. You all are the only ones who may understand. Thanks for listening :) I feel sick like I could just go puke it all up right now... |
can i ask what time you slept?
you should sleep 2-3 hours after the last eat time |
I wish I had the perfect encouraging words for you, but all I can say is tomorrow is another day. It's a little slip, for whatever reason it happens, don't let it derail you, you're doing so well!!!

Oh yeah...it happens.
You say you have been feeling hungry all the time? This has DEFINATELY triggered it! You might have to up your calories a little bit? are you eating enough? We all slip up, and you've come SO far! It almost sounds like you've never slipped up before and you are shocked. But really it's ok, we just can't make it a regular thing! Maybe don't hop on the scale tomorrow, give it a few days so your water weight goes down, and you will be back to normal in no time. |
You have done such an amazing job, you can't let a small slip up derail you! I hate to say it, but it could've been much worse. I agree to just avoid the scale for a few days, let the salty peanut butter run its course and just try your best to answer your urges with a small portion of healthy food before they take over.
We're always here to vent to. You're doing great, remember that. How many days have you been TOTALLY on plan? Compared to your slip-up days, I bet it is overshadowing. |
not knowing what your regular diet is, i can't point out what might be causing you to get hungry.
you may want to add in more protien and healthy fats. like lean chicken breast, avocados, walnuts, eggs, yogurt. but eat them with something high in nutrition like leafy green veggies. i also will say it again: probiotics :) |
