Hiya I'm back
Hi chicks, I've been away a long time so I thought I'd just make a quick re-intro...I'm Jude, I used to be fat and then I suffered from an ED, I still have some issues around food and tend to do the undereat/overeat cycle if I don't watch it. Doing pretty good at the moment. I weigh 108lbs, (I'm a small one :D ) used to be 105 and I 'liked the number' :P but it got too hard to maintain and ironically encouraged binging whenever I saw the number I 'liked' on the scale. Pah. Anyways, I've been in India teaching deprived kids, which was awesome and very, very educational for me, then back in the UK trying and failing to find a dayjob I could tolerate, so I'm going back to college to do my Masters in Literature.

Hi Jude: I joined in October. I used to weigh about what you do now, but slowly ballooned up. I am hoping to get down to 140, don't need to be really slim, just healthy.
Was doing quite well until recent stresses added up to be too much for me. Going to get back to reality in the coming weeks. |
Hiya - I'm an inch shorter than you (at least :) ) and I'm only 21 (22 next month) so I think your goals are probly realistic. I need to be more realistic but I have this nasty perfectionist thing going on: 'ohh..you could be thinner, you used to work harder at this...etc etc'. One of the things that helped me loosen up was having a puppy. Seeing how she lives in the moment and enjoys life is a lesson to me. Looks like you're doing really well, anyway :)
