I'm one who binges once , twice a week sometimes more. Anyway it has been sabotaging my weight loss as the binge makes up for calorie deficits on the other days. So I'd like to join this challenge if I may.
i'd like to join. i've been eating crappy things all day due to a bake sale/car wash for my bball team. but tomorrow i'm deffinatly going to eat better. i'm ready to make the comitment.
I've yet to binge this week but I did find myself eating pretty unhealthily at a party after a quite a few drinks last night (that cheesy salsa dip...my nemesis! ). And a friend took me out to Friendly's today, but I picked a "healthy" option and brought home more leftovers than usual. I also just had a piece of chocolate from a Valentine's gift, but I'm considering that my "weekly dessert". Just water for me the rest of the night!
Ate well and within calorie limits yesterday.
Planning good eats today too. Just feel tired tired tired.
Not sleeping well at all. Have to work hard not to let that sabotage me.
Eating to stay awake when I did shift work was part of how I got overweight. Don't want to do that during the day now too.

I stayed binge-free yesterday and also had a good low calorie day. I'm aiming to repeat that today. I think admiting I binge and reading about it has helped me be more aware of it. I will keep reminding myself when I have urges to eat that I should only eat when actually hungry!
