how would you like to be?
I want to get to know everyone better and get an idea of people's outlooks.
I think we are all bingers and some of us purgers. Many of us suffer from anxiety, depression and body image problems. But, if you were not a binger, what would be your ideal diet and lifestyle, including your activity level and types of exercise? :genie: |

Ideally, I would LOVE to have control and awareness over the AMOUNTS of food I eat. I'd love to eat healthily while also loving the food I eat and having it be tasty. In an ideal world, I'd feel energetic and have the willpower AND energy to work out 5 days a week! |
I'd love to run every day, regardless of weather, or be able to just go walking.
Just the simple joy of being outdoors and doing things. Nothing about numbers or calories or what I've eaten that I shouldn't. I'd have fun in my activities alone. I naturally love to exercise and be active, but I have a problem with always pushing my limits and going too far. It becomes something other than fun. It becomes a method of control. It'd be nice if that didn't come into it. |
I'd love to be one of those people who love exercising and would want to be mega skinny!

oh great question.
i would be a runner (working in it!) and a swimmer for that matter ( need to lose weight before i'll even attempt a bathing suit.. yikes) and i would like to be one of those people who can leave food on there plate and not obsess over it.. :D ha ha! i'll get there. slowly but surely, *sigh* |
