Day 1 again for me , it all went wrong last night.

One week? I think I can do that. :) Count me in.

I'm also in, I havent binged in about a week :)

I'm rereading overcoming binge eating too, tried it some time ago and now I've decided to start the program again. I'm having some problems since I've get used to not eat between meals and I feel a little anxious about it....we will see.

Day 8 here also!! I am definitely in for all of these challenges, as I'm down 2lbs this week! I definitely think being binge free helped a lot!!

i'm in! i started my weight watchers plan four days ago. and i've been four days with no binging and eating right! i'm totally in!

Im in.........I had finished 21 days binge-free, but messed up yesterday :(

If there is such a thing as a controlled binge.....that's what happened yesterday. :no:

I'm new to the boards and this might be the answer I need!!! Day 1 for me!!!

That is what it has been like for me, the last 3 binges were far apart, and far less than I had previously binged on.
I haven't binged since boxing day, I'm in for the week.

This is the second day of the week and I hope that yesterday was a binge free day for you all.

It has been really hard not to binge, I was alone at home and I almost always binge when I'm alone, but thinking of posting a success this morning was a great help. Thanks to everybody for the great support :hug:.
