Today was my fourth day in a row and it is getting a bit easier. I worked lasgne into my calories, measured out my allowed amount and then immediately put it in the fridge. I went for a walk after because I was wanting to go back and eat every bit that was left...but after the walk that went away and hubby finished it off and I am binge free 4 days now. Success takes much better than that food would have.

Wishing you a better days eating today MeganBeth - just take it a day at time.
Day 2 for me - feeling postive and motivated and that is due to you good ladies for making me feel less alone with theis eating thing which , I guess , most of us are hiding from friends and family.
I feel SO much better if I keep off the sugar and salt.

Yesterday was a bad day for me too...oh well what separates skinny people from us is that they enjoy their "bad days" then get right back on their usual eating plan the next day...
I am going to try to do the same..but 4dreams you are right I need this website to help with my resolve.
MeganBeth...I will be good today if you will??

:-) If you had hurt one hand by shutting it in a door you would not go right ahead and slam the other one would you?
So one bad day is an accident, the next day can be good!
Actually I think the difference is that skinny people dont have 'bad' days. I look at them as intuitive eaters, they wont continue to eat if they feel physically uncomfortable, they'll listen to their body and stop without thinking about today or tomorrow!
I think we should all give ourselves a pat on the back, this time of year is very difficult for losing weight and dealing with food issues and we're all hanging in there. Well done guys
Day 8 for me. Got thru our party with no binges. I even totally missed out on some of the goodies that were gone before I had a chance to eat. Feeding the guests takes priority. Then after a nice meal with a couple of treats, I got into the music room and sat behind the piano or played the fiddle the rest of the night, except to see guests on their way. MUCH easier to not binge when busy with other stuff. One more holiday party on Sunday, am definitely going to take my knitting.
I just came back from an open house - I worked out before we went, then ate a snack size zone perfect bar. While there I ate a few grapes, most of a clementine and 8 almonds. There was so much delicious looking stuff there, too. Plus wine. Today is day 6.

I am so impressed. Getting thru that must have taken major binge control.
For me, all my binges lately have been party situations. I think of the 8 parties i have attended since the end of November, I binged at 2 of them.
Congrats. well done
Day 6 for me here and I am so excited to make it a complete binge free week tomorrow Yesterday was hard because MIL sent home candy and I immediately went from feeling strong and in control to feeling I had to eat them all. I had just a couple little pieces that fit into my extra calories for the day, then put them up. It was very hard the rest of the night but I made it. It is not even tempting today! Yay!
I think it's not tempting because I feel so close to making it a whole week and I do not want to start all over
I am so proud of you that have overcome temptations and remained true to yourself...hang in there and we will all get to that point where we are in control, instead of letting the food control us.
Day 7 for me today! I almost didn't make it through last night but I tracked it all and didn't go over my points so I'm not calling it binging! I haven't gone this long without a binge in... gosh more than a year I'm sure.

Thanks! Day 3 (so far) for me. It's only half over, though I'm pretty confident I'll be fine tonight!
