I'm still fat, but less so. Lost another pound, which was a surprise since I haven't been able to exercise as much.
Am please with my success at not bingeing.
I have a plan to get through the holiday lunch and dinner I am attending tomorrow.
I plan to enjoy it all.
Just in smaller portions than usual. And when I am done, I will be done.
I will step away from the plate.
So thats my plan.
Tonight, I have to make the sugar free cheesecake for dessert for me and the diabetic in the group. It will be sooooo good everyone will want some.
