Hi everyone,
I survived a huge pizza party at work today....over 12 boxes were brought in to celebrate the end of a class. I work in the office and usually order my Own pizza and easily enjoy at least 3, maybe 4 slices in one sitting. I've even binged on a whole box by myself before (not at work of course!). I absolutely Love pizza! Today I didn't have any! I totally surprised myself :), I didn't know I had that kind of will power! I'm so proud of myself. It's been almost a week since I have started my new healthy lifestyle (I hate to think of the word 'diet') and I really feel like this time it's going to be different. Thank you guys for inspiring me to be in control and the healthiest me I can be! :)

That's soooooo amazing!!!! Congratulations. I know how hard that would be, I love pizza myself.

good on you butterfly. Eventually you may be able to enjoy a slice to join in, without overdoing it. Or bring your own lower cal pizza with whole wheat crust, so you can share the joy without the cals.
But for now, sticking to your eating plan is more important.
