EEEEEEE I'm so excited!!! Day 21 and the scales had a little surprise for me today! 231....so I've now lost 19lbs in total! wooo I think it is a little belated loss cause I wasn't great at the weekend but I was all last week and didn't lose! I can't wait to be below 230!!!
Working on Day 4...and if i keep it up this week soon to be Day 10! Haven't had any real struggles yet...and I was stoked to find that the elliptical trainer doesn't hurt my broken toe! Excercising always makes it easier for me to say no to food. Kepp it up ladies I am so happy to hear about your accomplishments!

As for me:
Weekend was a distaster, today is day one. I'm pretty disappointed in myself. It was like I was aware I shouldnt be bingeing yet here I went again. I am stronger than this... Today I am on plan so far and looking forward to a very successful week
Hi there! I would also love to join you all... I find that binging is my worst enemy! argh!
I tried to do good this weekend, and for the most part, I did better than I have in the past. Today, I have stuck to my meal times, and no munching every 5 minutes! yea me!!
So glad to see those of you who have had extended success. I hope that soon, I will be able to post my day 14, 18 or 21 results! You all are an inspiration!

Welcome newbies! Come join us whenever you want! To the other Steph: Those are the hardest days to get back on track, when you've just had a not-so-healthy weekend and you are feeling a little guilty...but congrats on getting right back at it! That happened to me last weekend when I went to visit a friend except it took me until thursday to come see you guys and get my act together...so give yourself some credit for jumping right back into the game! Talk to you soon guys,
Steph
I just read stellarts last post from the previous weeks challenge>
That was awesome, conquering the ultimate binge urge so well, you did great.
Those really hungry times are so difficult. You have to eat, and its so easy to just inhale the food. Taking it slow and sticking to small treats was a great way to enjoy yourself and not overdo it. Good for you.
I did try to eat ok today. I was hard, was out from 4 am to work, had a small meal at breakfast time, then a higher carb meal when I got home so I could sleep for a few hours. Had a late supper (10pm) to I have spaced things out well. Going to bed soon, and hope to stay on schedule a bit. Didn't really exercise today tho, so will have to be good tomorrow
Let go girls, another week, just a little at a time.
I'm doing brill. I mean food wise people would probably look at my diet and say 'this girl should be sumo wrestling by now' but actually, the fact I'm not feeling guilty or beating myself up about the food choices means I'm not bingeing. Small small changes, so once I get my mind under control I can work on eating healthier foods. Everybody else is doing fantastic!
I was up again at 4 this am for work, and when I was leaving the hospital after the delivery, I went thru the drive thru to get some food. I had a choice of Tim Hortons, or McDonalds, and choose McDonalds, was too late from breakfast, and instead of any of the almost healthy choices, I went for the big mac and fries, and of course, diet coke. (makes you want to laugh eh?)
I tried Stellart's trick, stop fighting with the guilt and enjoy, so after inhaling a handful of fries, I slowed down and tried to enjoy each bite.
I have to say, I try to eat on the way home to bed to save time, which may not be the healthiest, but it also keeps me awake on the longish drives.
So I ate the burger first, and was pretty full, had some fries and was quite full. It was really hard to leave the rest of the fries, but I did for a bit, and by the time I couldn't resist anymore, they were cold and not so nice, but it was still hard not to eat more. So I dumped my car garbage bag on top of them, and threw everything in the trash to cut off my temptation.
So I am not really happy that I couldn't make myself take the healthier, lower fat and lower cal options, but I will take the small triumph.
I still overate and am stuffed, but didn't quite binge.
Lauren, Im with you, small changes.
