Podcasts when you need 'em
 

I was feeling like I had lost some direction lately, and ended up (as I often do) at Geneen Roth's website. Her books just really speak to me and help the "DUH!" lightbulb go on over my head. I found that you can download some of her cds and lectures as podcasts now! Instant support! They run about $12-$15, but are less expensive than ordering the "Hold it in your hand" version of the cds. I just listened to "The Journey to Self". It is a nice summary of some of the material in her books on the topic of self-discovery. Hearing it out loud also seems to get my attention in a different way than just reading it does. I really recommend checking some of these guys out of your library, or even spluringing on the MP3s if you need a quick "support fix!" There is even a "what to do if you are in the middle of a binge" intervention MP3! Happy listening, and best wishes.
