Binge Free Friday
We just got back from a holiday and I’m having a very hard time getting any type of control over my eating. :( Once I get a momentum going I do pretty ok but if I fall off track things get crazy (and depressing). So I just want to put this post out here as a challenge to myself to have just 1 binge free day. I've got to start somewhere!

I am there with you! So far I have done well but each day seems to get harder and harder for me the longer I watch what I eat....they keep saying it will get easier and like second nature When does that happen???
I am almost done with week three with ww and have only gone over my points twice and the rest of the time I am under and I still am seeing a very slow loss so the temptation to binge is so strong right now... I need this to get through the next few days |

I can't believe I blew it Friday, it was a bad emotional day for me (those are really rare for me too) and I broke down and drank many glasses of wine. The only good to thing to come of it was me taking a hard look at myself and realized what some of my triggers are so I can avoid it next time.
I am doing ww so I did manage to only go over my allotted pts by 1 but the headache this morning was so not worth it LOL ok I am ready for another no binge challenge day |
