I'm a control freak.
;) I admit it. I'm new too, and this section seemed the best. Having suffered from an eating disorder most my life (binge eating, over eating) things took a turn for the worst when i stopped eating for days, and weeks, and was diognosed with EDNOS, its liek anorexia, except you didnt get to the really low weights. (i dropped from 220 to 148.) recovering blows balls. big style. but i totaly made the choice, I've been binging again... and i know i have to stop. tips someone told me. Go go nutritionists! tip1. eat when you're hungry, that way, you think of food less, and dont go to binge. 2. dont wander into the kicthen out of bordem. take up new hobbys :D 3. veg may not look apealing when you want to binge, but if you eat an apple or three first, youll get really full, and binge less. 4. snacking is GREAT. it boosts your metabolism between meals, but remember... veg, and those amazing rice cakes :D haha, you probably knew the above, but yeh ;) nice to meet you all! wow, long post O.o |
Welcome, I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with eating disorders, I hope your nutritionist is able to help you with a really good plan!
