Sugarless gum! Orbitz is my fave and it makes your teeth whiter - win win.
I've also stopped "stocking up" at the grocery store. I used to go every week or two and buy everything I needed for the next week(s). Of course with that much food around it's sooo tempting. Now I go 2-3 times a week. It's a bit of a pain at first but when you're just buying for a couple of days it doesn't take so long and you always have fresh veggies and fruit! Then if I want to binge I look in the cabinent and well there's just not much there to pig out on.
