  • Hey everyone. I am new to 3FC so I hope this isn't a repost!

I have been hearing alot of people say that after dinner, they still want to eat even though they are not even hungry.

Sometimes I eat because I am bored, or I am watching TV or I just want a sweet snack after dinner (most of the time i want something sweet).

So I don't know if anyone has tried these things but I find them to be great tasting and only 2 points (Weight watchers points). These little cheesecakes are called Cravings. They are usually around 70 calories per cup.

I find that these help me ALOT when i need a snack. My personal favs are Chocolate, Lemon and Key Lime.

These are available across Canada...so I am not sure about the US. There may be stores who carry them.

    Hope this helps!

  • I HAD to look them up!

I love cheesecake and when I get a craving I usually have the Smart Ones NY style cheesecake from WW. They're 150 cal and eventhough they're very small, they satisfy my craving.

These cups look awesome, too bad we don't have them here. I guess you can order on-line, but I'm not a big fan of buying food on-line.

Maybe they'll bring them to the US soon.
  • wow that's definitely something i'll have to look into!!

im a college student and a lot of times i'll be working on my computer writing papers or whatever, and i'll end up eating a lot after dinner just because im working at my computer... so a small cheesecake portion would be great to satisfy that sweet pang after dinner!
  • We really like these German wafer cookies we get from Whole Foods. They come in a bunch of flavors, though we like lemon best. They are little cubes of alternating layers of thin, crispy wafer and flavored frosting. Yum. There are 9 to a serving, and because I'm obsessive about this sort of thing, I like to eat one set of layers (wafer and cream) at a time, so that's like 54 bites per serving. Oh, and yes, I'm one of the people who will take the top off the Oreo, eat the top, eat the cream out of the middle, and then eat the bottom piece. It's just how I rock it
  • Sweet but no added sugar.....
I too am one of those people who likes a little something sweet after dinner.

Here are some of my favorites:

sugar free Jello cup (10 cal-20 cal if you add 1 tsp of sugar free Cool Whip)

no sugar added chocolate Fudgesicle (60 calories)

sugar free chocolate or vanilla pudding cup (40-60 cal)

sugar free flavored instant decaf coffee (30 cal)--favorites are French Vanilla and Suise Mocha (which tastes like rich dark cocoa)

All of these are affordable, portable, compatible with all of the food plans on this website!
  • I make an awesome smoothie...

    1/2 a Banana
1 Fat Free Jello Pudding (I like Vanilla With Caramel Sauce)
    1/2 c Skim Milk
    1 Splenda packet
    2 c crushed ice

Put it all in a blender and it's SMOOTHIE TIME!

This is very filling and low in calories (150). I love it!!!

  • I like the Lightfull smoothies, they are sweet, have protein and fiber and taste delicious for 100 cals or less. A nice dinner topper. They have different flavors. I love the Cafe Latte one. Too bad they use artificial sweeteners... =/
  • I'm up waay too late because I was reading the threads by the dietition Molly Gee. She highly rcommends chewing suparfree gum for a sweets craving.

    Here's link to those threads ... http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=184
  • Its too bad that they are not available in the US
They are really good and hit the spot. The company is small so I guess it might take a while or some major store to carry them.
  • Cheesecake is my favorite dessert! So I could not have those in the house, It would definitely be a bad thing, lol. I've sat and ate a whole cheesecake before.
  • sugar free jello and cool whip light is a great treat. There isn't much of anything in it but it is a great sweet treat.
  • One Hersey's Extra Dark chocolate square (about 55 calories) occasionally
  • In the past, I've done a small can of frozen pineapples (one of those with 4 rings per can in juice not syrup). It takes a bit of time to eat, so it's not gone in seconds, and it's delicious. For a while, I had that after dinner every day.
  • Quote: Too bad they use artificial sweeteners... =/
According to the website they don't have artificial sweeteners.

Now, if they would make a vegan one, I would be happy!
