Hello All,

Ive been away far too long......been maintaining a steady weight, unfortunatley stopped doing my little work outs and ended up with 5 or so lbs back, but doing good none the less because I can say that Ive maintained so far for a year. Im back to working out and I figured I'd drop in and check on everyone!

Welcome back!! I don't know who's still out there, but I know quite a few of them are around. I'm like you -- maintaining for over a year and a half, although not quite at goal yet. I got MRSA which went into my blood and then settled into my femur (destroying 2/3 of it). I had surgery and a bone replacement so I can't walk, so I'm back on the diet wagon strictly (I usually rely on work and exercise to keep the pounds off). It's like old times. And when I get better and get active again, maybe I can stay on plan and actually finally reach my goal.
