How's everyone doing? I wanted to binge tonight, and I made the conscious decision not to. I've realized that bingeing is pretty much the one major roadblock for me in feeling and looking the way that I want. So instead, I focused on having a healthy supper, then treated myself to a 100-calorie snack and a(nother) peice of fruit :) There will be candy at work tomorrow, and probably at home, since I live with a guy who can't resist candy on sale :dizzy: I'm going to have a peice if I want it, or I might not have one at all. I'm not sure yet. One thing I'm NOT going to do is binge. My goal right now is a week - I binged during the day today, so tomorrow will be Day #1. Sending lots of :dust:! :hug: |
I haven't fared well -- last night my bf and I had NO trick or treaters, so we proceeded to eat 3/4 of the bag of candy. And today at work, I've been munching candy all day. Halloween is always rough for me. I nearly cleared my grocery store's inventory of chocolate covered marshmallow pumpkins last year. Luckily this year, I got some and they just didn't taste the same.

Bingeing a-plenty lately, or it feels like it, however...once in past 3 days. Not bad, but...urgh, feel nasty and big

Harpo - Don't beat yourself up too much. You did better then last Halloween, and you got to spend some time with your kinda-boyfriend :)
