Comfort eating

One of the only things that hasn't changed since I had the accident is the taste of food, so when I'm low I comfort eat! Don't get me wrong, I don't actually eat all that much and for my weight and size, I wouldn't hit the RDA for my weight and size.......but I'm seditatory, - I can't really walk or anythong, so I'm just sat on my fat *** doing nothing!

Anyone have any advice?
