Just to say hi and welcome here and it’s been great to read your posts – and I can really relate. Before I came to a bit of a ‘letting go’ place, I had to get truly sick of having my head melted by confusion and scales and breaking out into food even on days when I thought I was ‘sorted’ – you know?

I wish that I had come here sooner to ‘write out’ that confusion. You’re both doing that, and I believe it will lead you to a calmer place where you’ll get some great answers.

OA is working for me so wonderfully today, but I posted on the OA forum for quite a while before I was able to go to a f2f meeting. I was drawn to OA by the courage I could sense from the members posts.
