Ok, seems to be not the popularst thread in town.....ANYWAY.

I exercised the day before yesterday and I am planning to exercise again tonight. A bit of streching and strength training.

Anybody else here exercising???

snowbunny2 04-21-2007 11:58 AM

I am! I've actually done a ton of exercise (for me) this week! Here's a rundown:

Mon-Nothing
Tues- 40 minutes on the ET, stretch, and about 20 min Strength training
Wed- 45 minutes on the ET, stretch
Thur- 30 min walk outside, 20 min. Strength training
Fri- 30 minutes Stairmaster

Today I think I'm just going to go on a leisurely walk and do a 20 min. pilates video. Tomorrow I might hit the gym for some more cardio.

A fellow exerciser!! :D

You did great this week! :D

Ok, mine wasn´t so great, but I managed to do 30 Min of streching and strength training today, plus 10 min cycling. Doesn´t sound much, but everything starts small.... :^:

I've been exercising too!!
I jog a mile every morning on my treadmill and dance to half of an album every evening with my bf when I get home..
I get extremely exhausted and irritable when I do strenuous exercize so this regimen is PERFECT for me and its working!!
Great job ladies, and lets make next week a great one!

Hi Ladies!

Juchu, I managed to exercise for 30 min today! :carrot:

LoLoAFloFlo: Dancing sounds like a great exercise! Well, in my case it would rather be Entertainment/ Comedy for all peopl accidently being around me when I dance...I am not such a dancer :o

Hi Kate!!!! Thanks for starting the thread!

About 3 weeks ago I started to exercise regularly and I feel SOOOOOOO incredible! I just adore endorphins!:broc: :cheer: :broc:

I've joined the YMCA (healthclub) and have found that exercise classes are actually FUN! Even if I go in feeling lazy I HAVE to move it during class and I'm always glad I did!

Exercise: yesterday 1hour weightlifting class, 1 mile on dreadmill
today weightlifting X 30 minutes, 2 miles on dreadmill (ok, I haven't done the dreadmill yet but I have to now that I've posted it;) )

Have a great day everyone....and get moving...:woops: :strong: :tread: :ebike:

telemetrynurse 04-27-2007 01:56 PM

Hi exercise friends!

Ok, I didn't do 2 miles on my dreadmill yesterday....life kinda got in the way.
I just felt lazy......it's a lot easier for me to do exercise at the gym because once I'm there I can't make excuses and get distracted.

But, I did do a 45 minute spin class and an hour long weight lifting class today! YAY!

have a great day everybody!!! :broc: I just love this guy!!!! :broc:

Hi!

Exercise was a bit difficult for me in the last days because I was in pain for some time and when the pain was ok, I sat at the dentist....

Anyway, I made it to do 30 min of strength training and streching today. :carrot:

Elizabeth: a spin class? That sounds really intense!

snowbunny2 04-30-2007 02:19 PM

Hi exercisers! I haven't been doing as great as that model week I had up there, haha, but I'm going to try and get back on track this week. I'll keep you posted and nice work everyone!!

LoLoAFloFlo 04-30-2007 10:39 PM

GREAT job!! My mini goal is to get under 200 too. Won't that be exciting?!
I started today w/ my exercising. Starting slow so I don't dread it so bad. I walked quickly 25 minutes. Hope someone starts a May exercise thread.
