I haven't binged in weeks now and feel like I finally have myself back. I feel like I have finally figured out what was behind my overeating and need to constantly fill myself with food.

I was wondering how all you other hard working members are doing out there. I saw the confessions thread which I'm avoiding like the plague because reading about food, smelling it, making it, etc, does nothing but make me want to eat so I wanted to hear your success stories instead or just see how you are doing.

So, I have not purged (except for once) in about 6 weeks!!! AND I have not "binged" or engaged in behaviours where I felt as if that I was out of control with food.
