Weighing in...
Drumroll please....159.5. It is a little half a pound I know... BUT! I had a couple of full on binge days way early in the week and I actually had seen 162.5 so I am counting this weight this morning as a full on miracle!:D I haven't overeaten since Monday... Problem is...we are having people over today for a barbecue... I am thrilled they are coming but I really don't want to undo all my hard work and the strength that I am finally feeling a little bit of! So, send me good thoughts today Ladies!
I have been exercising...our cable company has a channel called ExerciseTV and you can choose programs from On Demand menu, I have been checking some out... Some of them aren't full programs only pieces so you have to work around that. Oh man, I tried one of the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds programs...ummm...lets just say it wasn't for me... (No offense to anyone who uses them) I just found them really really really boring...I could only stand about 15 mins of it. Guess I'll head back to my Tae Bo. I have been drinking my water, I am eating Mini Wheats as snacks now (without milk even) lots of fruit...watching the portions...doing my meditation... The last few days have been good...I'll take it! |
Good luck with your barbecue tonight. It's always hard when everyone around you is constantly eating. I try to chew gum until I am ready to sit down and eat or carry a glass of water around with you. If you brush your teeth right before they arrive, you may not feel like eating right away. It's a tough situation but you can do it!

I had been wondering how you were doing! Enjoy the barbeque tonight, especially seeing your friends, then the food won't take center stage. Just enjoy yourself without going overboard and you won't undo a thing! Keep up the great work! :carrot: |
