July is going to be great. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix hits theaters on July 13th, then just 8 days later Deathly Hallows comes out!

I've found that treating myself occasionally really helps to curve the binges. If I went without, I'd eventually binge, so tomorrow I'm eating a bag of my favorite candy, Reese's Pieces.

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and I hope that I'm welcome to join here. After over a year of calorie counting. 60 pounds lost and 20 gained back :mad: I've decided I need some extra support. I have a problem with late afternoon binges. I was good on Tuesday, wednesday and thursday. So I'm binge free for 3 days now!

I had a planned cheat on wednesday, I over ate, but I dont think I binged. Im thinking since Im not sure if I did or not, I probably didnt.

Saturday! and it's almost over (been on target all week). Tomorrow is the superbowl party though...I have officially given my self permission not to count calories or think about what I'm eating just that one day.

I probably will be good anyway, there will be about 15 people there and I only binge alone....maybe a second small helping but never the overstuffing until I can't move binging. So being at the party will be sort of a plus.

wow, that sounds like such a long time! :)

I'm glad everyone is doing so well.

As for superbowl, i have a good plan. I'm going to hit the gym around noonish, eat a nice healthy lunch, and at the superbowl i will eat all the shrimp in the world and all the veggies and dip!

I'm sure i might have a nibble here and there but it all depends on my weigh in tomorrow!

This morning i was at 151.5 after being at 154 yesterday? gosh, bodies are confusing things! All i really want is to hit the 140's or 150.5... the big ten pound mark.

ok i'm updating... like i said yesterday i wanted to hit the 'big ten' well, i weighed in this morning and i'm 1.5 pounds lighter!! Making it 10.5 pounds lost!

I officially love NOT binging!!!
