Wow this has been really hard. I never realized just how big my problem really is. Yesterday was my first day. I sat at my desk at work fighting the urge not to go get a bunch of junk and stuff myself. Lunch was okay, dinner went okay, but I did have one episode where I grabbed a box of wheat thins and found myself eating them super fast, like I couldn't get enough. I almost gave in and went to the store to get some cookie dough, but I decided that it just wasn't worth it. The last few months I have been out of control and now its time to get back into control. I just never thought it would be so darn tough!
