Awesome job! I am quite a binger myself, and have had to learn, even with my best intensions, I can't keep certain stuff in my house. I've learned to pick up Snicker's energy bars from the store once in a while for a treat if I want it, but can't buy a bag/box of anything. It took me about a week to lose the craving to bing, but I still have to stay on "high alert" to avoid any triggers. As my mom says, the second, third, fourth, etc. bite doesn't taste any better than the first, so why do we have to eat it all??!!! Good luck, you can do this -- you have a wonderful start.
