Breakfast: Protein/fibre shake with all my supplements Got a good start this morning.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg and a string cheese
Supper: ended up being chicken breast w/peppers and goat cheese.
Evening snack: freshly juiced cranberry/apple juice w/string cheese.

Breakfast: protein/fibre shake and all my supps.
Lunch:boiled egg, cheese string, juiced 2 carrots, 2 celery ribs, and 1/2 a cuke
Supper: shirtake noodles, pasta sauce w/2meatballs and 3 oz chicken & broccoslaw

Breakfast: Protein fibre shake w/string cheese, and a handful of supps.
Lunch: liquid salad 2 carrots, 2 celery, 1/2 an apple w/ 1boiled egg and a string cheese
Supper: will be cod fried up in lotsa butter broccoli or broccoslaw

Breakfast: protein/fibre shake, string cheese
Lunch: turkey soup & 1 boiled egg
Supper: juiced 2carrots, 2 celery, 1/4 a fennel bulb. Then 4 oz chicken tenders and 4 oz shiritake noodles w/butter and parm cheese
Snacks: too many triscuits!!

Breakfast: protein/fibre shake....supplements and string cheese
Lunch: juiced 1 grapefruit, 1 apple, 1 cup raspberries (added 2 scoops of plain protein powder to the juice) then had 2 oz left over chicken and a string cheese
Supper: was lots of broccoli, & 5 oz chicken.
Snack: 1.5 oz marble cheese
4-7pm Lunch: slice of ham
about 10 shrimp
giant scoop of some kind of cream cheese ball that had meat and diced green onion in it
giganto salad loaded with chopped broccoli and more cream cheese ball
"Dinner & Snacks" - 7:30pm-2am: 8 - count 'em EIGHT pieces of freakin' PIE! Alternated Pumpkin with Pecan . . . and forgot to post that the first 2 had whipped cream globbed on (LC???? LOL! ) and the rest had ICE CREAM PILED on them!!!
