BB had an awesome idea for Novembers so I'm just going to copy and paste it! Thanks BB!!! December 1 - 2 mile WATP, 20 minutes of step aerobics 2 - 1 mile WATP (overdid it yesterday. I'm back to exercising again. Thank goodness. My eating usually falls into place better when I exercise. Sorry for the time I didn't exercise. My new med's were making me unusually tired and dizzy. Plus a healthy dose of laziness and stress.
