Hi everyone. I'm new here. I started my Atkins diet last friday. I'm hoping to loose my weight. Hope I can get some support. :) Wish me luck. :D

this is a great place to get support. I've never Atkins but I know many who have. Good luck the first few days is the worst part I hear.

Hi nena - I'm new too and just started Atkins yesterday. I lost around 60#'s around 9-10 years ago and also had fabulous cholesterol results doing Atkins so have returned to what worked for me.:)
