I had smoked ribs without sauce and a sweet potato. We went out to dinner and I was bad, bad, bad. Won't say what we had for dessert.

MMMMm...
The pork chops and pasta sounds YUMMY! Pasta is my favorite!
Does the Dreamfields cause you to retain weight? I find that happens to me with some of the low carb iproducts (like icecream, bars etc.) Alos I am keeping my carbs at the induction level...can you have this pasta during phase 1?
Thanks!
Jenny

Ha - Lily we were both on the south of the border last night. I made taco salad - no shell. It was great. I used canned green salsa (which btw has 0 carbs and tons of salsa taste.) diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce, ground beef with taco seasoning and boy was it good!! (Not to mention a really cheap meal) My family ate the same thing, and the only thing they complained about was no shells. Hub even said that I needed to market the salad! He said, "no one would believe it is diet food".

Ms. Chris, that taco salad sounds yummy. My family and I all love mexican foods.
We had grilled steak, salad and green beans. Do you all know that Kraft has a 0 carb ranch dressing now called Carb Well. It tastes just like the original to me . It just now became available here.
