We each had 3 cups of our green salad (with mushroom and celery) with oil,vinegar, pepper, 1 tsp. scallion dressing with shrimp.

The anti brownie? I heard my mom say it once to me when i was deciding on a banna or bowl of ice cream for a midnight snack once haha !!!!! Truley everytime I go to eat a brownie or something like that I hear that phrase in my mind. " A moment on the lips means forever on the hips"

We had dinner out, I had grilled trout and a salad, then shared a dessert with DH, it was totally off program. Another instance of stress eating. Ignore me when you see me whining about a gain, I'll deserve it.

Never had red snapper,bought as it was on sale. Found a recipe on the Food Channel. red snapper with tomatoe onion and black olives.

Well let you if this is a keeper.

oh, ok. I get it. That's a good one. And ''a moment on the lips, forever on the hips." That reminds me last weekend my Dad was visiting. He always brings beef steaks to grill, and we make make a salad and buy him a loaf of sour dough french bread. I have usually caved and ate it and then some the next day until it's gone. And normally, I would 'kill' for a good loaf like that, but instead this time, before he arrived, I placed it on my stomach and showed my husband how I might as well just glue it on my body. Neither one of us ate one crumb of that loaf. We told him to take it when he went home, or it would be tossed out. He forgot it, so we stuck it in the freezer. A few days later, we needed that space for our meats, so I threw it in the garbage! That was a first for me. I suppose that's my 'anti brownie'. Thanks.

We had 3 cups of salad (lettuce, celery and mushrooms), shrimp, cheese, oil and vinegar dressing and a small grilled hamburger patty.

Now we want to try the BLT chicken Roman had and Beef Stroganoff. I'm getting a variety of ideas here.

I had a Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Breast with cheese and Bacon. Plus a spoonful of peanut butter for snack.

I had ham salad for dinner. Plus cheated and had some popcorn. I know, I know. I'll be back to needing to lose again by next week if I don't get it back together.
