We went out to eat at a fish buffet place. There wasn't much that I could have . I had salad, coleslaw, greenbeans and sauerkraut with weinees. my DH ate lots of fried fish, fried potatoes, shrimp, beans, and banana pudding right in front of me. I am used to it now, but man that pudding looked good.

well my family likes to deep fry it in bredding , so I picked off all the bredding and refused to eat anything with bread. Thats all I ate then went to sleep. I think I ate like a total of 4 carbs yesterday . I know you should be eating 17-22 carbs daily on induction but I just wasnt hungry. Man I cant wait for the feeling of being full so fast after eating so little when your stomache shrinks during induction!!!!!!

I made scallops in a lemon-tomato sauce (but didnt eat the sauce) and a small salad with sliced deli turkey and loads of ranch dressing. I made cheesy rice to go with that for everyone else

I didn't make the hot wings. I made grilled steak and salad instead. It was very good.

there is alot more than meat and cheese you can eat on induction! Did you read the book? You should be getting most of your 20 grams of carbs from veggies.
