Mealybug - it is in the lowcarb section. Little tip. Dont make a cheesecake recipie with only water , cream cheese , and jello mix. It is terrible!!!

:lol: most of the time.
I added the extra eggs and cheese this morning because I was going to a seminar that had a luncheon and I didnt know what was being served. So I stocked up so to speak.

My shake is 7 carbs, but 5 carbs are fibre. So its net 2 carbs. Im not a big breakfast person, but if I at least have this, its enough to jump start my body. I have quiche once in a while tho ;)

Not really Kathy, its Optimum Nutrition's double chocolate fudge protein powder w/a heaping tsp of psyllium husk powder and water. Thats it Im afraid, its delicious and nice and chocolatey. I found it was nice and simple for rushed mornings...and only one dish to wash(my shakey cup) :lol:

I was bad today and had an entire large whole wheat bagel with cream cheese... I think it was about 400 cals! EEEK, but it's ok because I think my body needed the boost this morning... I've felt great all day!
