Well, yesterday was the hardest since I started back. All I can say is wow!! Dh actually called me 3x yesterday because he knew I was having a hard time...gotta love that man. Its over, and I made it thru. I actually woke up craving any kind of crap I could get my hands on yesterday :dizzy:

Today was the first day I got out of bed and didnt hobble around on my sore feet.....yup another indicator Im eating wayyyyyyyy too much crap, sore feet!

After getting thru yesterday, Ive renewed my committment (kinda all by it self) :lol:

I'm in too, starting today :carrot:

So far so good....for some reason this morning, Im all puffy. Like I had lots of salt last night. I didnt :( So I dont know why everything is hangin on. :dunno: I drank all my water yesterday, first time since I started back to induction......so that should be it. Tom coming? :dunno:

I need some suggestions pls. I am going to a trade show conference on Monday, and lunch is being served. I havent a clue what is being served. What should I bring as emergency food I can keep in my purse. Just incase I cannot eat what is served.
