An atkins breakfast, either cheese, chicken, ham or eggs...... like I said it doesn't matter what food I eat, once food hits the old gut, its a trigger. But I agree with you, carbs are 1000000 times worse.

I am just so much better waiting until lunch time before I eat... I just feel better in the morning with an empty tummy..... strange eh LOL.
