Im in!!! Im not going to set a # of lbs to loose, just to loose them!!
I guess the goal is to feel not so overstuffed in my own skin.
Today's plan
B~protein/fibre shake
L~ eggs
S~ chicken ceasar salad
Snacks....dont know...I'll add them as I go.
Exercise....I wont be going to the gym today, I promise myself to at the very least get out on the bike with dd and go for a ride.
