30 lbs gone!
 

:D I stepped on the scale this morning-and I have officially lost 30 lbs:carrot: !

I know I still have a ways to go to my short and long term goals, but I couldn't have been happier about hitting this mark. It's only taken me about 9weeks to get here, and I couldn't have done it without the support and advise from all of you here!:hug:

I'm so happy I found this forum, because I don't get much support from home. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me stay on track!

YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!! If I knew how to put the dancing carrot on here, I would put 30 of them up for you! One for each pound lost! Keep up the good work, you are inspiring to people around you even if you don't know it!

Thanks so much, you guys-I never thought I'd be here so quickly when I started this, because doing this alone I didn't have the confidence. I come here every day for inspiration, ideas, and sometimes a little willpower-
I watch so many of you here that have been doing this for so much longer than me, and admire you for your dedication and successes. It's a big part of what's made me get this far, and what's gonna help get me through the rest of it! I still have a long way to go, but reaching a milestone like this makes me more determined :D
