I use both the treadmill and the elliptical. I do 60 minutes a day and I mix it up between the two. Some days I do one or the other and some days I do both. I also use the various incline programs that the treadmill has as well as the various workout programs that the elliptical has programmed in it.
I also do between 20-30 minutes of weight lifting alternating between upper and lower body each day. As the weight comes off, I don't want stuff sagging! |
Cardio 5x a week...up to 50 min a day using the treadmill, about 10 min of that 50 are on the elipitcal. If I have lots of energy that day, I'll go for a 30-40min walk outside aswell.
Weights 5x a week....I dont want stuff sagging either :D |
