A picture is worth a thousand words
 

It's getting too hot to walk in my sweats so I went through my Summer clothes looking for some shorts. These are pictures of me in my favorite shorts from last year. I have a ways to go, but... WOW... can I just tell you one more time how much I love this WOE????

That's exactly how I felt when I started in October Tammy, in fact, I weighed a few pounds more than you do now. You'll be able to post a similar picture a few months from now. It's totally doable, I promise:)
