Ok, well, here we go. I'm jumping back on the Atkins wagon. After months of playing with WW and jenny craig, i have decided to go ahead and try the low carb thing. i know it works for me, i'd done it years ago and i'm tired of spending $$ for something i know i can do on my own. SO. Starting induction tomorrow. anyone else? anyone have any tips?
