My Energy is Back
 

Good News, my energy made it back. I couldn't believe how good I felt today. I remember energy I had it last time I lc'd. At that time I had a cleaning business and I worked circles around the 2 girls I hired to help. I have also had a bad taste in my mouth all day so I must be in Ketosis(YAY). I think this is going to work this time. Judy
