Newbie

Hey Everyone! I'm new here so I thought I'd make a new post and say hi to everyone. This is actually my first day on Atkins low carb. I lost 50 pounds before this doing the Slim Fast plan, but now my body is so adjusted and used to it that I had to switch up. I'm currently in my Induction phase and so far so good:D I'm very determined and dedicated to losing weight at this stage in my life for not only appearance but also heath issues...but support is great too! So how is the Atkins going for everyone and how long have you been doing it? Any tips? I appriciate it!:)

Daydreamer:  Welcome!! The best tip? Besides read the book? Water is a must. Be careful of the sugar alcohols. And feel free to ask questions :) Join us on the weekly chat thread :)
