Susan: Dang, compared to your DH I'm a TRUE slug  I don't do nearly as much as that!!! If he's not complaining you shouldn't either :)

Sue: Sorry to hear DH is still in the doghouse. Hope he shapes up soon!

Jackie: I get the same way (where there are days nothing satisfies). Yup, as long as it's LC then it's all ok. Keep up the great work :)

Sandra: Glad to hear you're feeling better :)

Well, I didn't do so well last night. Had corned beef and cabbage which wouldn't have been SOOO bad...but then I had a couple spoon fulls of irish stew (potatoes & gravy)....and the HUGE carrots that came with...and the BUNS to sop up the gravy....and of course the cabbage salad (sugar laden I'm sure)....then had a collission with GS cookies. Last night my lips felt like someone sucked the moisture out of them and today I'm tired as heck. Back to the drawing board!!

Falon 03-16-2006 09:50 AM

Morning :coffee: :

Would you believe that I still have stayed on program despite being sick? Shesh, Brenda you could have come over and shared those darn GS cookies! They would have been a welcomed site.. LOL I did get on the scale this moning, and it moved back down to 183 (from 185 which is what I went up to and then stalled) so i'm happy with that. I wish I had the energy to sit and chat with you all, but i'm gonna go veg on the couch with my coffee, and a book I just got from Amazon.. Yeah, it's about Philadelphia History - pretrip reading.. <grins>

Thanks for all the 'get well' wishes guys. Have I told you all lately, you're the ones that keep me going?? :o

 to each and every one of you. I'll post later if I feel like it.

RobinW 03-16-2006 11:21 AM

Good Morning :coffee:

Man o Man....Im back from my carb binge :o Im reinducting (again) and heading back to the gym, on Monday. I cant do gym, and induction all at once. I'll get the hangover and withdrawals overwith, and then hit the gym.

On the plus side....my jeans still fit. Not comfortably mind you, but they still fit!

I havent been reading much here the last 2 weeks, just bits and blurbs.

Sandra~ I measure the rolls too!!

Brenda~

Susan~ I think anyone speaking out about our own person deserves to be put in their place. What business is it of theirs anyway! Good for you!

Falon~ :cp: great job staying op while being sick....Im glad your getting better.

Sue~ I hope dh makes up for what he's done.

We've been doing a bit of work around the house....at the moment we have a huge hole in the dining room ceiling. Did you know, that when you poke holes in a 100yr old house....it stinks!!!!!!!!! eeww!! I couldnt believe the stuff that was pulled out of that spot...no wonder it was falling down!! Got our new garage door up, and it looks wonderful. But now I have to paint the garage  the door makes the garage look old and dingy.

Well, time for more water....have a great day ladies.

lady_adnerb 03-16-2006 01:28 PM

Falon: WTG on staying OP while sick. I don't think I could do that. It's AWESOME!! And sorry..if you've been staying OP then you didn't need GS cookies :)

Robin: Glad the jeans still fit. Before you know it you'll be back to where you were before this last carb-fest. You always have such self control when it comes to exercise!!

Well, was going to continue on the fat fast but decided to continue on with induction instead. I weighed myself (expected the worst) after my shower (this was AFTER breakfast of 2 eggs and a bunch of water!) and it was still what it was yesterday....so I'm ok with it :) Just realized that doing the fat fast for 5 days was one thing but I should have moved on instead of trying to do it again. Silly me

RobinW 03-16-2006 03:16 PM

remember larry the gutter guy the other day? Today we had billy bob thorton, from sling blade. It was amazing how much he sounded JUST like him!!!! He even grunted like him!!! I pointed it out to dh after he left, and dh said "THAT'S who he sounded like, I couldnt figure it out!" My oven still isnt fixed....thats what the guy was doing here. I have one of those ovens that turns on most of the time, but never when you're in a hurry to cook something, or in the middle of cooking something important :( So, anyway, they couldnt fix it ...because of course the oven is working fine now!! :dizzy: He gave us a few things to try next time it doesnt want to work. If its one of 2 things, I'll get a new stove!! :cb:

Well, thats it for now....Ive cleaned up a bit of the mess the hole in the ceiling made. That should be all fixed up tonight. Then I'll have fine dust all over everything :( oh well.

I think dd and I are off to the zoo this afternoon....have a good one.

hockeyfan7 03-16-2006 04:00 PM

So, Robin, that's why I've been all alone in the March Exercise thread -- you've been missing!:D

Sue, sure you can borrow my DH. I will have to warn you -- he talks constantly. He talks more than anyone I have ever met -- especially now that he's home alone with the cats all day -- and he's loud.

Brenda, watch out for those runaway GS cookies -- they have a tendency to hit you from behind when you are not looking and they never carry insurance.:cookie: I am so thankful to be allergic to those things.

Jackie -- can you take cheese or beef jerky or lunchmeat rollups with you? One of the things I like to snack on is a slice of ham spread with cream cheese topped with a slice of cheese spread with cream cheese rolled up and cut into bites. Can you put stuff in a cooler? Macademia nuts are a good snack too.

Sandra - you are welcome to my fantasy of my ex-husband spreadeagled in the parking lot with tire tracks running up the back of his head. I'm glad you have survived what happened to you. Just remember, someday when they die, they'll get theirs.

Falon - back away from the GS cookies. Brenda isn't allowed to share with you -- sorry, but sometimes it's not nice to share.

nasus40 03-16-2006 04:50 PM

DH wormed his way out of the dog house. Yea I still love him, though I could slam his head in a door some times.

Brenda that sounded like a day from carb he## Come back to us and shake off the carb monster. he will just hurt you!!!

Susan I have not joined you in the exercise thread maybe I should. I go almost every day. (did not this morning DH was making up! ) but I do not mind a chatter I would not have to say too much (like that would be easy) NOT

robin mine is that old and plus so yea I know, it sure was fun when the cealing fell in when we had company!!!

PJsMom 03-16-2006 05:31 PM

Good afternoon all :)

Way to go for all of you who are staying on plan!! :D

I've been OP since my P.I. (pasta incident ;) ) on Monday. And, as I vowed, have stayed off that scale. I'm much too afraid of getting on it after Monday! I have a feeling I probably did quite a bit of damage, though. I just hope I lose some weight between now & the end of the month... we'll see, I guess! :)

RobinW - have fun at the zoo!

Falon - glad you feel better & wtg on staying OP.

Sandra - wtg on losing the inch!

M&Gmom 03-16-2006 05:54 PM

Susan thanks for the suggestions. Funny thing...I just went to Walgreens and bought 3 jars of mac. nuts. And I have tried the rollups...I just have to be prepared enough to get them ready.

ilovemike4alwayz 03-17-2006 08:08 AM

Ok so I am now on day 4 of induction and still going strong. Yesterday I had some real flu like feelings (kinda weird) but again I am feeling better today. I still have not cheated and have no intention to do so. I cant wait to weigh/measure after my 2 weeks to see what good I have done. I hope that everyone else is doing well.

Susan: I just may borrow that fantasy of yours. I know that they will get what is coming to them, I just wish that I could be there to see it.

M&Gmom 03-17-2006 08:41 AM

Way to go Sandra on your 4 days. I can't wait to hear the results after 2 weeks. I'm sure all of your hard work will have paid off!!! Keep it up! I've been good now for 3 days and I'm happy with that. I'm going to do some big time prepping on my days off. That way work won't be such a hard thing to deal with as far as food is concerned.

ilovemike4alwayz 03-17-2006 08:43 AM

Good Job Jackie!!!!

lady_adnerb 03-17-2006 10:59 AM

Robin: How was the zoo? Sounds definitely like time for a new oven. I'd go bonkers without mine!! Any way to cover stuff up while you're doing the ceiling??

Susan: Sorry I haven't joined in the exercise thread. I know I need to get my fluffybutt up and exercising...I just HATE to exercise. I'll try and do better and join you :)

Sue: Hopefully your DH has learned his lesson and doesn't do it again. Glad things are getting better :)

Kayla: WTG on staying OP since Monday. Baby steps :) keep going :)

Jackie: Sounds like you've got an excellent plan going :)

Sandra: WTG on staying OP even while sick. I don't think I could. AWESOME!!

Well, decided to be done w/the fat fast. I think I've bumped the metabolism into gear so we'll see how it goes. If I haven't lost in a couple weeks maybe I'll try it again. Did the WI this morning and I've dropped 3 pounds. So we'll see if after the bowling soda's the scale shows an increase tomorrow for official WI. If it's increased I'm taking todays weight instead. So test #1 is today  I'll let you all know how it goes.

Falon 03-17-2006 11:56 AM

Morning Girls:

I have larengitis now, thanks this gunk, but other than that... not so bad. I have a group of girlfriends coming tomorrow so my excersise is mopping and cleaning as one does right before company shows. :D These are friends that come out to my house once a month for feasting and gabbing. Well, this is the first get-together since I went on diet. There were things going on in our lives (besides the holidays) that kept postponing it, and now we're back on. They understand i'm eating different now, but I said to still bring stuff they like for each other. I don't have a problem with temptation. The kids have all sorts of yummies in the house and I havn't touched them once. There is one lady who is bringing a bottle of chocolate wine (sounds gross but i've heard it's heavenly) and I might try a sip, since i'll never get to again. It's special order from a winery, and you can't just get it in the store. :^: And maybe again, I won't.. who knows.

I am down 1 more pound this morning, but will wait until Sunday to see if it stays gone.

Brenda - tonights the soda challenge! *snickers* I really an curious! I agree with Sue about the carb monster. Beat that ******* with a stick, bury him in the desert, and come back to ussssss... LOL

Kayla - Keep going! Your doing fantastic! I have heard about the flu symtoms happening in people in induction, but have never experienced it myself. Glad you are feeling better though..

Robin: The zoo sounds like good fun right now, and good excersise to boot! If the Billy Bob guy ever has to come back out, please.. please, please, I beg.. get video! I'm a webmaster and will donate the space to host it!!! LOL That just had to be funny.. You get the interesting ones come to your place. I just get the ones that think 'butt crack' is a fashion statement!

Well girls - the kitchen floor is calling my name, even though I have already informed the poor lot, that I was not who they think I am. Guess my disguise of knotted hair, and bad sweat pants isn't working to well..*sigh*

Hug to you all! And I hope you all have a gorgeous Friday!

RobinW 03-17-2006 05:08 PM

Evening :)

Falon~ just lately, Ive been getting the really interesting ones  The guy that came to pick up the check for the gutters, was wayyyyyy too smooth with me. We have to decide if we are calling the stove guys back, but it would be pretty interesting to hook up my web cam and be able to show everyone

About the stove~ they couldnt fix it, because it worked fine while they were here! Go figure....its not working again today. :( The guys told us that it may be the plug we have it plugged into...it was giving wonky readings when they tested it with their thingamabob. If we tried plugging it into another outlet and it worked then we know its the plug. If it still doesnt work, its the computer modual....which equals big $$. So, its not the plug....Im hoping to get a new electric stoved :cp:

Hole in the ceiling~ its now plugged up, and I have fine dust everywhere, even tho there is a big plastic drop cloth tapped around the area.

I didnt make it thru my 1st day back on induction, and I think it would be better for me to wait until Sunday. Just too much going on around here right now....I know, its all excuses. But I can't promise myself to keep op today. Sunday, everything changes around here again, and I can make that promise then.

OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost have dh talked into getting a dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is big news around here!!!!

I'll be scarce around here until Sunday, when I get back to things.

Have a nice evening. :)

lady_adnerb 03-17-2006 11:56 PM

Falon: That wine sounds DELICIOUS but WAYYYY too tempting to me. I think it's AWESOME you can have goodies in your house and not be tempted. I have to get stuff I don't like for the kids otherwise I eat it as well.

Robin: What type of dog? Sounds exciting. And sorry you have to get a new stove...but happy you're looking forward to it :)

Well, I had 2 soda's tonight. One bottle of soda this afternoon. And 16 OZ less of water than I should have. We'll see how the scale is for tomorrow. Figured if all is ok then maybe during the week I'll see how peanuts affect me  I was all bummed out and not in my usual good mood for bowling. I couldnt' wait to be done--it didn't seem fun tonight like usual. A couple other people noticed as well so I didn't hide it very well. off to bed for me!! I'll post my WI tomorrow and (hopefully) update my sig :)

SherryA 03-18-2006 12:54 AM

Hi Girls, Scale was down a little this morning. 242.5

Still trying to get back to where I was at 241. I bought a magazine tonight. Have you ever noticed how women's magazines seem to be schizophrenic? On one page they tell you to diet, how to diet etc, and then a few pages over they show you pictures of these wonderful looking chocolate deserts!!

Are we all crazy? Page 165 through 176 are all wonderful looking deserts, then pages 178 through 182 are all recipes for main courses. Page 183 and 184 are food advertisements and then page 185 is about "The Big Day diet"... This is all in April's Good Housekeeping magazine.

I've noticed it on SO many magazines though. A big article in them on the latest diet and then a wonderful looking cake on the front cover. What is wrong with this picture?

Well today I think I should have a day off of cooking. I shopped for groceries today at 3 different stores and brought them home, lugged them in and put them away. Plus I worked today. My son and husband had the day off, my daughter went to school.

I just asked hubby to cook (at 9:42 in the evening) and he tells me he is "so hungry that it is hard to move".... Didn't eat all day with all this food in the house. Why are men so nuts? I don't get it. Wants me to feel sorry for him I guess. Maybe I should, but if he is so dumb that he doesn't feed himself all day because he is too lazy to fix it, I should do it for him? Something wrong with this picture.

I'm in a weird mood tonight. What do you girls think of this statement in the article on dieting in the GH magazine. After saying "don't worry about keeping track of the calories" he says he has already designed his diet to be 1200 a day if you just eat the foods he suggests, he says "(Yes, I'm talking calories, not carbs. Research shows that calories are all that matter when you're dieting.)"

That to me is irresponsible and it angers me. If it is only calories we are to concern ourselves with, then why have so many of us lost so much, so fast on low carb? Also how many of you are aware that 1200 calories is way too low for most women? Will put most of us in starvation mode so that our metabolisms slow down and make it impossible to even lose at all no matter how low we lower calories?

When I look at my own progress, and at the progress of people I see on this same board who are doing low cal or WW or some other thing, I start to wonder what "matters" more. Some of them seem to struggle so much. They find that it just doesn't "work". Or that it works so slowly they get discouraged. Our plan is hard to stick to at times, but if you do stick to it, it works. I'm not sure lowering calories alone ever worked for me. I tried any number of times and couldn't do it. Couldn't keep them low enough, was always hungry, etc.

Leenie 03-18-2006 06:26 AM

Good Morning :)

Just checking in and seeing if you are all having FUN (its me job ;) )

Hope you all have exciting plans for the weekend. I have to do some shopping for DD. Poor thing needs shoes. Her size 12 shoes don't fit her size 13 foot (she is 4 years old) LOL... and here I was thinking the socks were the problem HAAAAAAAAAAAA JK JK JK !!

SMOOOCH!

M&Gmom 03-18-2006 08:20 AM

Good Morning all!!!! Hope you are all have great plans for this weekend. My DS was up at 7 and needed my help with cartoons so I'm up and about ready to fix breakfast.
Brenda - I can't wait to see if pop is doing anything to your weight. And hope your mood improves after you wake.

Sherry - way to go on getting back down - you'll be below 241 before you know it. And I haven't read the article you have, but I don't think I'd be very happy if I had to limit my calories to 1200 for the rest of my life. I CAN eat low carb for the rest of my life without having to be HUNGRY all the time.

Everyone - have a great Saturday. The sun is out here...not supposed to be over 40 degrees, but the sun does help a little. Probably just cleaning house today and maybe some shopping later. FUN!!! I have tonight off from work so I actually have the WEEKEND off. I'm very excited. NO huge plans, just needed a break.

nasus40 03-18-2006 08:31 AM

HI leens. Poor kid I do that to my boys to but it is because they wine they want new shoues when I just bought them so I make then suffer for a while and then give in. they are looking at 50$ a pair on sale shoes each (2 boys) so that is on my agenda today. UGH!!!! Then g shopping then work then eat.

Corned beef tonight as we did fish yesterday. MMM was that good.

Must get to the gym this morning as I missed a day this week. Got to go and find the exercise thread.

bnbsmommy1 03-18-2006 09:18 AM

Hi girls!!! I'm so thrilled about the growth that this group has been having, you all are so inspirational!!! It's raining here in Oklahoma and we've been having a terrible drought so I'm gonna just lay in bed and read a good book today.

Have an awesome one!!

Lacey

M&Gmom 03-18-2006 09:24 AM

Oh Lacey, I'm so envious of you!!!! Have a great day.

lady_adnerb 03-18-2006 09:58 AM

Sherry: Definitely sounds like the article writer needs an education! Well, as with all things, some people will buy into that and others won't. I wish more of the stars would tell how they eat. I've been hearing some (A LOT) are lowering their carb intakes. Would make for an interesting study!!

Jackie: Enjoy the sunshine and the weather. Sounds about the same as here :)

Leenie: Have a good time shopping :)

Sue: How old are your boys again that they need that expensive of shoes? WOW! Enjoy the corned beef :)

Lacey: Enjoy the rain and the book!! :)

Well, I am actually VERY surprised. I really/truly thought the soda would be my downfall to an increase in the scale. Imagine my surprise when it was DOWN a pound from yesterday!!! Not going to argue with it! I'm happy about the decrease and that it seems that I'll finally start losing again :) Next week (going to keep an eye on the scale first) might do a test to see if maybe peanuts make me retain the water. Gotta find what triggered that so I can avoid it :)

Falon 03-18-2006 11:19 AM

Brenda: Ha! I must of got your 'gain' from the soda! I got on the scale this morning, and was back up 1 -- sigh -- Oh well...

I am going to have a sip of that chocolate wine however. I will probably never get to try it again. It's only available once a year special ordered from a winery in New Mexico. :) I'll let ya know how it is. ::evil grin::

Alrighty, I gotta get back to getting things ready for my girlfriends arrival. I already had the weeks grocery shopping done before 8:30 this morning.. That was a bit of excersise. :)

nasus40 03-18-2006 12:09 PM

The boys are 12 and 13 they have been bugging me for skate shoes. and they are special for boarders, which my older son things he is.

Falon let us know how that chocolate wine is, I am curious.

Lacy enjoy the day it does sound good!!

Must get the corned beef ready to go in the pot. any body want some come on over!!!

M&Gmom 03-18-2006 12:15 PM

Can't wait to hear how the choc. wine is. Sounds very interesting.

lady_adnerb 03-18-2006 07:05 PM

Falon: Don't forget to tell us how the chocolate wine went. And I don't blame you for wanting to try it!

Sue: Skaters need special shoes now? Dang, whatever happened to the day you just wore your regular tennis shoes? I've never actually MADEcorned beef...we just ordered ours from a restaurant. How do you make yours?

Jackie:

I'm SOOO cold from walking in the parade. I need something warm to drink. Might heat up some LC hot cocoa. Been trying to stay away from that so that I don't get hooked on it. But DANG I'm so cold I need to try that to get warm. Did a no-no for supper. Ate some of the cabbage salad from the other night. Wasn't thinking. I KNOW that stuff was loaded with sugar. UGH! Oh well, that'll teach me to keep my head on stuff instead of being distracted! See you all on Monday

SherryA 03-18-2006 08:49 PM

Today I had my worst "low carb" day since starting this WOL in January. I gave myself permission to have a day off because we went to a baby shower and most of what there was to eat there was not on plan. We shopped for a present earlier and didn't have time for lunch before going so my daughter and I were hungry. I know I'm going to regret it in the coming week or so when the scale starts punishing me. Still when I started this thing I said I was not going to be a perfectionist, and there are occasions which are special. They don't come around too often.

Leenie 03-19-2006 07:45 AM

Good Morning,

If your looking for your Easter Challenge, I made it a Sticky :) Good luck.

Sue.... your avitar is pretty but you are already a flower :grouphug:

nasus40 03-19-2006 08:06 AM

AAAWWWW thanks Leenie

Sherry dust off the crumbs and stay OP drink the water and remember that you did not eat over 3500 cals above your daily metabolic rate which would be like eating 5000 cals (that is if it is 1 lb up) it is just water so drink drink drink and it will go go go.

Brenda Croned beef is the easiet thing to make. get a flat brisket, not the bumpy end pieces, if you feel it and there is a really large hard lump in it, it is fat so try to go for ones with less lumps. (meat guy told me that) stick it in a pot with water enough to cover it and then some and let it simmer for at least 4 hours, it has it's own flavor package. then about 30 min before you want to eat stick in the cut cabage 1/8 cut try to leave the core attached it is easier to get out. then enjoy!! I have done it in the crock pot before for 8+ hours not bad but not as good as when you do it that way (possible over cooked) same way to make boiled ham dinner, which will be on my menue soon. But be ware of the salt I went up 1 lb with the corned beef, so I have my pot of water with me.

M&Gmom 03-19-2006 08:54 AM

Morning ladies.

Sherry: I think we've all been there done that. Just drink LOTS of water and get right back on the wagon. The thing about a day like that is the guilt just kills me and its really never worth it. I was out and about all day yesterday and there were temptations galore, but there were also low carb options which were great and made me feel good about the day and hopefully even better on WI day. Just don't make it a binge longer than a day.

 to the rest of you. Have a great Sunday.

Falon 03-19-2006 09:55 AM

Morning Girls:

Well I have to report that the chocolate wine was incredible. It is a red table wine with chocolate infusion. It's really just a hint of it... but you can taste it, and it was yummy! I did have a couple of roll ups that are thinly sliced, wrapped in flat bread. They were good, but other than that I stayed OP. The wine was my down fall. I drank half of that bottle myself. She brought 2 of them, but we only finished one. :D There were even cupcakes and I stayed away from them. They looked gross in fact.. see I don't have the problem with temptation. Just alcohol! LOL

Well we are expecting 2 feet of snow, so today is 'cuddle in the house' day. Have a good one guys.. I'm sure i'll check in later.

M&Gmom 03-19-2006 10:46 AM

The wine sounds yummy!!!! The mixture of alcohol and chocolate might be a little tempting and addictive in the worst way. But hey...at least you avioded the cupcakes...I say "way to go". Hope you're drinking lots of water today.

Have fun cuddling....sun is out here so I'm hoping to clean in the garage a little bit. Have to figure out what kind of camping gear we have and what I have to buy yet. IS IT JULY YET?????? We are all pretty excited. :carrot:

SherryA 03-19-2006 11:59 AM

I really think wine can sometimes help with this diet plan. I've noticed losses on days after having a glass of wine. Notice I said a glass, not half a bottle!

Atkins himself in his book didn't outlaw wine or other alcohols. In fact I think a lot of us really don't do his diet in the way he laid it out. I know I never have really done the "ongoing weight loss" phase. I don't really stick to induction either, but I think most days my carb count is probably below 30, although I honestly don't know what my whatever he called it is. My ceiling for the amount of carbs I can eat and still lose weight.

I intended to follow his diet exactly as he laid it out when I first started, but then after that first week and a half when I felt so awful and cold and flu like and I ate a slice of bread to get out of that deep ketosis, I stopped losing for awhile at that point, and never really knew how to tell at what level of carbs I stopped losing.

One of these days I'd really like to do it the way he outlined. Do two weeks and really count the carbs, and keep them at about 20 and see what happens after raising them to 25,30,35 etc. The only problem is I'm lazy now and the idea of doing all that counting, looking up, tracking how many etc, is harder to do than just choosing to eat mostly low carb foods.

That's really how I do this. I eat lower carb veggys, meats, cheeses, sour cream, cream, and lower carb fruits like berries, splenda and mainly leave everything else out of my diet except for occasionally a glass of wine. (or a cheat).

I'm wondering if anyone here has actually counted and figured out where they stop losing? I think it would be so hard to tell, because my weird body doesn't always lose consistently even when I'm being VERY good, and sometimes loses after being very bad.

Still I'm curious about what others have done? Any of you found your ongoing weight loss level? and actually counted them to that level?

Falon 03-19-2006 01:27 PM

Sherry -

I agree with a lot you are saying here. I also wish I was structured enough to actually do the plan as it is meant. It's easy to just do it our own way, as long as we are loosing.

I am willing to give the structure a try. I know in the last thread that I said I would stay OP and do the fat fast to try and start loosing again, but I just don't think I could do it. Even as good as the potential loss sounds, I would have a hard time with the restriction.

After having the wine, I sure didn't see a loss on the scale. Yeah, I know half a bottle was a little to much :D but what I have decided to do is go ahead and carb up for 2 - 3 days, and then begin hard induction over. I really don't have a problem going back on it, and I don't have an issue with temptation, so I think it's doable. I wont have sweets though.. I might have some chicken and rice for lunch, but wont bake or have desert type stuff. I started with a piece of toast this morning, and man it made my stomach feel gross. I'm just going to see if I can pull this off! It's better than pulling out my hair.. LOL

I'll keep you all posted. I'm very determined to at least be down to 150 by July. I just can't stay at this stall. The whoosh just isn't coming.. and in my mind i've been very patient. Just my thoughts.

So, Sherry.. what i'm thinking about your post is - when I get back to induction is try it as laid out, and be very structured to see what happens.

SUSAN: Hope you guys are have plenty of food and water for this pending blizzard. We'll have to see if it's going to end up like 2003. Be safe! :^:

I have to laugh you guys are talking about drinking ......I was bowling thursday and when I left I got stopped by the police for turning on red, I asked him if I did not come to a full stop he said yes but there was no turn on red, then he asked me where I was comming from the bowling alley I said then he asked me what I had to drink. Oh I had a piture of water, he would not believe me, he asked me about 5 times different ways what I had to drink and when my last drink was. (Oh about 4 - 5 months ago) I almost called the bowling alley to have him talk to the bar tender. Next time I will have to tell him not to make it so strong!!! What he did not know was that I was driving a little irradicaly as I had to Pee really bad.

Susan Stay warm and cuddle!! have a good evening.
