I'm Back
 

Hey everyone, my name is Jenn. I'm not new here or new to LCing but it's been a while. Since my last posting I have gained 20+ pounds :(
I tried Atkins a few years ago, did pretty well....then decided to give South Beach a try. Needless to say that didn't go to well so I finally gave up.
Well, I don't want to give up.....I deserve to be thinner and healthier for myself and no one else. I started my Modified Atkins on 2/18 and I'm down 7.2 lbs. We had a birthday party for my 2 year old daughter this weekend, and I didn't even have one piece of cake or cupcake or ice cream YaY. I'm happy to be back and I WILL do it this time.

I've never tried the beach plan. Atkins seems like the perfect way to go. I'm glad to have another person to be in induction with.

Thanks for the warm welcome back, I've always loved this site because of all the friendly people here. I'm halfway through my second week of induction, all is going well....haven't had one cheat thus far even though I've wanted to really bad. The scale seems to be moving only .2 pounds per day (I'm a scale addict) but that's better than nothing and even better than gaining. Maybe after TOM passes I'll have a whoosh.
